Neurologist-supervised cognitive wellness neuromodulation with NeuroState.
Measure. Stimulate. Train. Track.
A neurologist-supervised cognitive wellness program combining NeuroState brain-performance baselining, guided cognitive training, and off-label/investigational TMS-based neuromodulation for adults interested in memory and cognitive support.
Our program is designed for patients and families looking for additional, non-standard options to support cognitive function. Each patient is screened for appropriateness, informed consent is required, and no guarantees of improvement are made.
Important: TMS and/or tACS for memory and cognitive function are off-label/investigational, are not FDA-approved for this purpose, are not considered standard of care, and are not guaranteed to improve symptoms or cognitive performance.

Physician-Supervised
Reviewed by a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained clinical neurophysiologist.
Off-Label / Investigational
TMS and/or tACS may be used for cognitive wellness support outside FDA-approved indications.
NeuroState Baseline
Includes brain-performance baselining and cognitive training integration using NeuroState.
Cash-Pay Program
Neuromodulation and cognitive wellness services are cash-pay and not covered by insurance. Medical evaluations, if performed, may be billed separately when applicable.
Physician-Led Neurotechnology Approach
Dr. Dhiraj Jeyanandarajan is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained clinical neurophysiologist. He is also the founder of Qneuro and creator of NeuroState, a brain-performance platform developed to bring EEG-based tracking and cognitive training into real-world settings.
Dr. Jeyanandarajan is the founder of Qneuro, the company that developed NeuroState. NeuroState is used in this program as a wellness-oriented brain-performance and cognitive training tool and is not presented as a diagnostic test for Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or mild cognitive impairment.
Program Overview
What Is the Cognitive Wellness & Neuromodulation Program?
This program is designed for adults interested in additional support for memory, attention, cognitive function, and brain wellness. The program may include off-label/investigational neuromodulation with TMS and/or tACS, NeuroState brain-performance baselining, guided cognitive exercises, and structured follow-up sessions. This is not a replacement for standard medical care. Patients should continue to work with their primary care physician, neurologist, or other treating clinicians as appropriate.

NeuroState
What Makes This Program Different
Many neuromodulation programs focus only on stimulation sessions. Our program integrates NeuroState brain-performance baselining and cognitive training to provide a more structured and trackable experience.
01
NeuroState Before Stimulation
Each visit can begin with brain performance baselining or cognitive training metrics, helping to create a more structured experience.
02
Cognitive Training Integration
Patients are not simply receiving stimulation. The program includes guided cognitive exercises designed to engage attention, working memory, processing speed, and related skills.
03
In-Clinic and Home Continuity
Eligible patients may continue with a NeuroState home training program after their in-office neuromodulation course.
Patients become familiar with NeuroState during their in-office sessions. For some patients, this may make it easier to continue cognitive training at home after the treatment course.

NeuroState is used for wellness-oriented brain-performance tracking and cognitive training support. It is not presented as a diagnostic test for Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or mild cognitive impairment.

Screening & Records Review
We may request prior medical records, medications, labs, imaging, or specialist notes to help determine whether a targeted or more comprehensive physician review is needed.
Baseline Visit
At the clinic, patients may complete intake, vitals, safety screening, NeuroState baseline testing, and cognitive exercises.
Physician Review & Informed Consent
The physician reviews safety considerations, potential risks, uncertain benefits, alternatives, and limitations. Patients may opt out before treatment.
Treatment Program
If appropriate and the patient chooses to proceed, treatment may begin with a structured neuromodulation package and follow-up monitoring. Most complete treatment courses involve multiple sessions over several weeks. A lower-cost starter option is available for selected patients.
Some patients may require a more comprehensive medical evaluation before participation. Others may not be appropriate candidates.
